CABINETCNC PRODUCTION GUIDE
How to Generate a Cabinet Cut List

A cut list should be a result of cabinet rules—not a separate manual spreadsheet you have to keep synchronized.
Dimensions that matter
Case width, height, depth, side thickness, top/bottom thickness, back thickness, joinery and back insets all influence finished part sizes.
Quantities and materials
Confirm every part has the intended quantity and sheet material before optimization.
Changes should propagate
When a cabinet changes, regenerate the production model rather than editing one isolated number in a spreadsheet.
Shop rule: verify dimensions, material, tooling, work zero, hold-down and the first machine program before committing a full job to material.
Where CabinetCNCPro fits
CabinetCNCPro keeps the measured design, production review and customer presentation connected. The production engine remains authoritative for parts and CNC; photoreal AI images are presentation-only.
