CABINETCNC PRODUCTION GUIDE
How Cabinet Nesting Works

Nesting organizes finished cabinet parts onto sheet goods while respecting material and production constraints.
Group by material
Parts that cannot share a sheet should never be optimized together.
Spacing and rotation
Tool clearance, part spacing, grain direction and allowed rotation affect yield.
Human review
A visually efficient nest can still be wrong for hold-down, grain, labels or machine access. Review it before cutting.
Shop rule: verify dimensions, material, tooling, work zero, hold-down and the first machine program before committing a full job to material.
Where CabinetCNCPro fits
CabinetCNCPro keeps the measured design, production review and customer presentation connected. The production engine remains authoritative for parts and CNC; photoreal AI images are presentation-only.
