Design

Confirm room dimensions, cabinet sizes, fillers, appliance clearances, exposed ends and special cabinets.

Parts and sheets

Confirm quantities, finished sizes, materials, grain and nest orientation.

Machine

Confirm tool numbers, diameters, feeds, safe Z, work zero, hold-down and post processor.

First run

Air-cut or otherwise verify the first program after a new setup, tool library change or post change.

Shop rule: verify dimensions, material, tooling, work zero, hold-down and the first machine program before committing a full job to material.
